Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Barrel Haus. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for an organization or minor athlete, you represent that you have authority to do so.

1. Accounts and minors

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report unauthorized access. Access is limited by verified role and relationship. A parent or legal guardian must authorize use by a child under 13 where required. Organizations must have authority to provide minor-athlete information and obtain required consents.

2. Acceptable use

You may not violate law or another person’s rights; exploit or harass a minor; upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized material; scrape or sell personal information; bypass access controls; interfere with operation; or misrepresent identity, statistics, verification, affiliation, or recruiting activity.

3. Content and records

You retain rights in content you are authorized to submit and grant Barrel Haus a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and secure the service and fulfill authorized sharing. Corrections may preserve prior values and audit history rather than erase the historical record.

4. Performance and recruiting

Information may come from users, clubs, testing operators, imported sources, or calculations. Barrel Haus may show provenance and verification status but does not guarantee every record is complete or error-free. The service is not medical advice and does not guarantee selection, recruiting contact, admission, scholarship, or athletic outcomes.

5. Sharing, fees, and third parties

Users must not redistribute another athlete’s information outside the authorized purpose. Fees, refunds, and payment schedules shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Third-party authentication, hosting, video, payment, and data services may have separate terms.

6. Suspension and availability

We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or lost data. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date and additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to privacy@getjuce.co.
