Effective September 17, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Barrel Haus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares information through the Barrel Haus athlete intelligence platform.
1. Information we collect
Depending on your role, we may collect account and identity details; athlete profiles and affiliations; game statistics, play records, testing results, attendance, availability, development plans, and coach notes; uploaded media and documents; recruiting preferences and sharing activity; registrations, charges, and payment status; and device, browser, security, and audit information. Payment processors may collect payment-card details directly; we do not intend to store full card numbers.
2. Google and Apple sign-in
If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the basic identity information you authorize, such as an account identifier, email address, and available profile information. We use it only to authenticate you, connect you to your Barrel Haus account, prevent unauthorized access, and provide the service. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
3. How we use information
We authenticate users and resolve permitted roles; maintain continuous athlete records; provide game, testing, development, schedule, recruiting, media, and administrative features; support private collaboration; process registrations, payments, invitations, access requests, and corrections; protect and audit the service; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
4. How we share information
We share information only within verified roles and relationships; with providers that operate authentication, hosting, storage, email, payments, security, and support for us; at a user’s direction through scoped profile access; when reasonably required by law or safety; or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information. Athlete media is private by default and limited to authorized profile viewers.
5. Children and minor athletes
Barrel Haus may process information about minor athletes for clubs, teams, athletes, and families. Accounts and information for children under 13 may be created or used only with appropriate involvement and verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian where required. We do not knowingly allow a child under 13 to independently create an unrestricted account or publicly disclose personal information. Guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, subject to verification and lawful retention. Organizations must have authority to provide athlete information and satisfy applicable notice and consent duties.
6. Security and retention
We use authenticated access, role and scope controls, private storage, encrypted network transport, audit records, and restricted server credentials. No system is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve authorized history and audit integrity, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it as appropriate.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and relationship to the data, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify identity, authority, or guardian relationship first. Email privacy@getjuce.co to make a request.
8. Third parties and changes
The service may use Google, Apple, YouTube, payment processors, and customer-provided systems governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will post a revised effective date and additional notice when required.
9. Contact
Questions, parental inquiries, and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@getjuce.co.
